The rooms are fairly quiet with a beautiful view, everything is excellent. Fantastic and gorgeous breakfast that includes coffee, tea, fruit, and bacon.

It was in a great and lovely location close to restaurants and eateries. A tower and a theater were close to the hotel. Booked a room with absolutely fabulous views of an outdoor garden.

We had a fantastic time staying at this boutique hotel in a safe neighborhood. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of the metro. It was easy for us to explore the city center by foot. The room was comfortable and clean, with cozy beds and embroidered sheets. The staff was professional and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious and filling breakfast each morning. The only downside was that the wifi only worked in the living room.

Helpful staff, good breakfasts and location. Proximity to Liguria is nice too. The room was nice, cozy and clean.

The sink leaked a bit, the pillows needed to be switched because they were far too tall and firm, plus the deodorizer in the room was really overpowering and needed to be disabled.

Attentive service, though a few employees were quite busy. We enjoyed gorgeous breakfast that included coffee, tea, fruit, and bacon. Also, location was marvellous, at a medium distance from Costanera Center. Also, the area was modern. There was a metro station very close to the hotel.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charming character of Boutique Orly. The breakfast was exceptional, and we loved the peaceful courtyard where we could enjoy tea and coffee throughout the day. The location was superb, close to great restaurants and parks. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Tasty little gem and fantastic city

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in Santiago for three nights at the end of my South American cruise. I was thrilled with my decision to choose this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I had requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel, and I was delighted to find that my double bedded room on the second floor was peaceful and free from road noise.

Small hotel but well kept and tidy. Wifi available in the hotel and in the attached bistro-restaurant and bar. The Bar has a nice terrace, by the road but a little elevated, with a few table also outside in the terrace. Breakfast is good, with a good variety buffet. The breakfast area is in a internal conservatory, plus another living area. There is also a little internal open space with tables.

Sometimes some noise from the road traffic, but honestly not a major issue.

Stylish, well-equipped apartment with a relaxing bathtub. Great central location near park with running and bike paths. Kitchen with all necessary appliances. Healthy breakfast with varied options and parking available.

Can honestly say nothing negative.

Cozy hotel with lovely European ambiance....excellent restaurants nearby..our favourite was tiny one next door called Del .Cocina...staff were very good...breakfast was wonderful Loved that they left coffee, teas and juices plus snacks out all day for guests

Price a bit high as stayed in another hotel in Area the week before and it was had the price also 3 stars.
